Refund Policy
All Sales Final Upon Project Completion – No Refunds or Exchanges
We want you to be happy with the services we provide. If you are not satisfied with your service, you may notify IRELI within 30 days from the date of your payment. If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial or complete refund based upon: the nature of the project, any necessary expenses already paid, the terms and specifications outlined in any contracts pertaining to said project, and any additional factors that may be relevant.
Generally, all projects require a 50% deposit and a 25% deposit after final client review and remainder 25% after site is uploaded to live server. If you need to pull out of project after initial payment is made, we will bill you for hours committed to project and refund the remaining amount provided from initial payment.
